  Moved here from another facility in 2011. Michael was happy to better the rates I'd elsewhere and locked them in for twelve months. This is how to look after a customer. Can't say the same for that which I left!

  Just moved from Sydney to Harden. These people are a joy to deal with, very reasonable price, much lower than anyone else. Very fast loading and unloading. Everything was put together in exactly the place I wanted it. No damage. Thank you very much. I would recommend you to anyone.

  We have used Palmers 4 or 5 times to move house depending on how you count it. I have had them pack an entire house for me on one occassion (I had an 18mo who unpacked every box as I packed it, and then I came down with the flu), just the kitchen and breakables on others. I have a few extra special pieces of furniture that they have taken great care of every time. They're so good I even booked them to move me from one Melbourne property to another! I would highly recommend using Greg and his team.

  I would not recommend this company as the owner Grieg Palmer is so arrogant and rude. We booked for him to come and give us a quote between 7.30 and 8 a.m. and after being for our early morning swim got back at 7.28 and proceeded to get a cup of coffee, thinking that we could offer him a coffee while he quoted. At quarter to eight our phone rang and a very hostile Grieg remarked "so you're home now" in a very sarcastic manner, my husband tried to explain to him that we were home by 7.30 when a very cranky Grieg spoke very aggressively to him and then hung up on him.

  If this is the way he carries on we are very glad we didn't get a quote from him and better still very glad he didn't pack and move for us as we feel the experience would have been a disaster.
