  Nice flowers however pretty expensive. Customer service was average, didn't really pay much attention to what i was asking for and seems disinterested. She was speaking in another language to her fellow staff member the whole time.

  I made an appointment to see artificial flowers for a wedding and the service I received was disgusting. Not only was I in & out in 5 minutes (not sure why I needed an appointment?) I was shocked at how arrogant the staff member was. Not helpful at all, and i would never consider going back, let alone making a purchase from the store. I called around to a few other florists and received amazing customer service, mock up designs of what I wanted to purchase and left satisfied. A course in customer service is definitely needed!

  I couldn’t speak more highly about this florist! No matter where you are in Sydney, they will delivery the most beautiful (and HUGE) bunch of flowers. 10/10.
