  I did note that when we needed a few extra boxes to pack some of our things away, we had to pay $5 per box, but each of the boxes had "free boxes" printed on them. So clarify that with the company before you book your move.

  Great service, super delicate with all the furniture and packed the truck well! Didn't get all our masses of stuff in (just our TV and some bags didn't fit) but the movers were professional in saying the TV wouldnt fit safely in the truck, and they offered to help fit it into our car.

  Super cheap also, and overall nice guys! Only one small damaged piece - a bar table with metal legs - brought it up with them and they had a look and where able to bend it back to pretty much the same. No scratches on furniture and fairly efficient.

  Just finished our move today and AAA made it effortless for us at a very reasonable price. They transported many more of our belongings than we were expecting, including over 150kg of gym weights without any issues.

  Well organised, friendly and professional staff, they took great care in all items moved , which we had lots of variety of items including moving a piano. We felt confident they were well trained in what they were doing and our stuff was in good hands.

  Very impressed with the service provided. I have used quite a few removalists in the past and these guys were as good as any other I have used and far better than the last few companies.

  I won't go again with this company. They were very slow, and they took 6 hours and $690 for a two bed-room unit for a 30 min away destination, although we packed everything, and booked the lift. I had to help them at some point to make it quicker. So expensive! We asked them to wrap the mattress, and it was quite unprofessional. At the time of booking, the customer service was great, after doing the job, it seems there is no customer service at all.

  We moved our company in 2 moves with AAA. Both were on time and stuck to quoted time and cost. Customer service was excellent. They did scratch our lino floor with their pallet jack so we had to lend them ours. Otherwise highly recommended.
